5WCWS will be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) which is located on the waterfront of Darling Harbour. See information on ICC Sydney accessibility here: https://iccsydney.com.au/visitors/getting-here/

Will you provide an invitation letter for my visa application?2024-03-21T10:53:22+11:00

5WCWS will provide letters of invitation upon request once we open registration.

Will I require a visa to enter Australia?2024-03-21T10:52:09+11:00

If you are an international visitor for 5WCWS, a visa may be required to enter Australia.

Will there be financial assistance on offer to attend?2024-04-02T11:29:39+11:00

5WCWS will offer some scholarships which will assist those delegates from around the globe who may need assistance with registration. Scholarship applications will open 1 August 2024.

Can I submit a proposal or abstract to present at the conference?2024-04-02T11:18:31+11:00

Calls for abstracts will be opening on 1 August 2024.

Will interpreters be available at the 5WCWS?2024-03-20T11:10:09+11:00

Yes, at this stage we are planning to have interpreters for up to four languages.  Final languages will depend on delegate numbers indicating their requirements, but are anticipated to include French and Spanish plus two others.

Arrangements can also be made for larger delegations in other languages by contacting the conference organisers.
