Registration Payment Information
Conference registration costs are listed in U.S. Dollars. For a complete listing of registration costs, visit the registration page. We will accept payment via credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). Organizations located within the United States can also pay by check. Registration fees must be paid in full before you can attend the conference.
Registration Name Change
Registration is transferrable prior to January 27, 2012. To change the attendee name on an existing registration, please email us at conference@nnedv.org. You will receive an updated registration confirmation with the correct attendee’s name. If you arrive at the conference without a confirmed registration in your name, you will have to register on-site and pay the full registration fee again.
Registration Cancellation Policy
The National Network to End Domestic Violence must receive all cancellation and refund requests no later than December 27, 2011. Requests must be made in writing and can be emailed to conference@nnedv.org, faxed to 202-543-5626, or mailed to:

No refunds will be given for requests received after December 27, 2011. An administrative fee of $100 will be applied to all refunds.
If you have reserved a hotel room at the Gaylord Hotel, you will need to cancel your reservation with them as well. NNEDV is not responsible for hotel reservations.
Registration Delivery Policy
Receipt of your registration payment will be sent via email. When you arrive at the conference, go to the registration desk to check in to receive your name badge and materials.
Name Badges/Lost Name Badges
When you arrive at the conference, you will need to check in at the registration desk to receive your name badge and materials. You must wear your name badge during all conference events. Attendees without a name badge may be denied entry to events. If you lose your name badge, you will need to visit the registration desk for a replacement.
Confidentiality/Privacy Policy
The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) is committed to protecting personal privacy and confidentiality. To uphold this commitment, NNEDV will not sell or license your personal contact information to any third party. If you choose to join any of our mailing lists, your email/mailing address and phone numbers will be kept confidential and used only by NNEDV and the Global Network of Women’s Shelters (GNWS).
This commitment to personal privacy and confidentiality also extends to protecting the privacy of any communications we receive through our website. Any communications we receive through our website will be kept confidential and personally identifying information will not be used without your expressed written consent.
Furthermore, we will not share your information to other attendees at the conference without your permission.
