Hotel Room Rates
Each delegate is responsible for reserving her/his own accomodations. Conference delegates can reserve rooms at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center at a discounted rate. The rates per night are:

The above rates apply to reservations for rooms booked for February 23, 2012 through March 5, 2012, and may be available for a few days before and after the conference. Check with the hotel when you make your reservation. Please book before January 27, 2012 to guarantee a room at the discounted rate. You will need to use code A-VAW12 when booking your room to ensure you receive the above discounted rates. Gaylord National Hotel has offered a select number of rooms at the federal per diem rate.
