Booking More Than 9 Rooms
If you are booking more than 9 rooms (and paying them together or putting them all on the same credit card) you may have to sign an affiliate sub-block agreement with the hotel. This agreement is a contract between you and the hotel with terms and conditions for booking 9 or more rooms.
When you reserve your room, you will have to pay a one night’s deposit. This deposit will be $258.34 for a single/double room, $283.94 for a triple room, and $307.14 for a quadruple room. Please note that if you want a room with a view, the cost may be more. This deposit will be charged to your credit card immediately, and will be applied to your final bill when you check out.

If you cancel your reservation, you must cancel more than 72 hours prior to arrival in order to receive your deposit refund. Also, if you change the name on your reservation after January 27, 2012, there will be additional charges.
We highly recommend that you use a credit card (not a bank card or a check card) to reserve your room or when you check in. When you reserve your room, a deposit of one night’s hotel rate plus fees and taxes will be charged immediately. When you check in, the hotel will put a $50 hold per night for incidentals on your credit card. If you use a bank card or check card, a hold will restrict the amount of money you can access in your account. Please keep this in mind when you are reserving your hotel rooms.
If you cannot pay by credit card, you can submit deposit payment (one night reservation, which will be sent to the hotel after you reserve the rooms) and hotel payment by check (which can be paid when you arrive at the hotel or can be mailed to the hotel). If your company choose to pay for the hotel room by check, you must include $50 per night for incidentals. You will receive the incidental ($50 per night) back if the return address for the check is the same as on the reservation. The other option is to put the incidental on a credit card when you check in, but your credit card will have a $50 hold per night.

Because of the amount involved, we strongly discourage paying by cash.
In addition, if you do not have credit cards and cannot pay by check or another method, please contact us and we will assist you.
Delegates may choose to find other accommodations while attending the conference. In the National Harbor area, and within easy walking distance of the Gaylord National, there are other nearby hotels: Hampton Inn, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Westin Hotel. Please note that if you choose to stay outside of the National Harbor area, you will need to find transportation to the Gaylord National since there is no train station near National Harbor. Although you can get there by bus, it will require you to plan in advance and will take you extra time to get to and from the conference each day.
